We offer multiple payment options.
- By phone: payments can be made via debit/credit card by calling our office on 01618391897.
- Cash (collection only): payments by cash are only accepted for customers collecting from our showroom.
- Online: online payments by PayPal and by debit/credit card. Please make the payment to our PayPal account: info@kokofashion.co.uk (with your order number as a reference).

Returns Policy
It is our intention that all orders are dispatched accurately and suitably packaged. However, should you receive any wrong delivery or faulty products, please email us at bags@kokofashion.co.uk with a photo and description of the faulty products within 28 days. A credit note will be issued via email within 5 working days. If you would like to post the faulty products back to us, please make sure we have agreed and accepted the return and then send your return back to: KOKO Fashion, 38 Derby Street, Manchester, M8 8HN, United Kingdom. Please attach a short note stating the reason for the return, your order number, company name, contact name, contact number, and other contact details.
The credit note must be used within 6 months of the issue date and this does not apply to any cash or card refund. The customer must notify our staff with the credit note number before payment if wishing to use a credit refund on their purchase. We accept no responsibility if the credit note has expired. These terms do not apply to cash-carry purchases.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for any unwanted goods.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and it is the customer’s responsibility to read the terms and conditions each time the website is used. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
